About Us
Our Story
The winery is a collaboration of two families; the Walter Foster family and the Donatello family. Eight years in the making, we have a projected opening of late spring/early summer 2019.
Our Land
Foster Farm has a long history in the town of South Windsor. It had been a working dairy farm in the Foster Family since 1790. While they are no longer milking cows, the land is still being used for agriculture including the vineyard.
Our Wines
Our varieties of wine will be announced before our opening. They will include Red, White and Rose'.
